Rent out fee:

Studio: NOK   6 250,-
1-bedroom: NOK   7 250,-
2-bedroom: NOK   8 850,-
3/4-bedrooms: NOK 10 250,-
House: 1 month rent
Townhouse: 1 month rent


Prices are included mva

 

Our rent out fee covers:

  • Everything in regards to the marketing of the object
  • Selection of tenant
  • Reference check
  • Contract meetings
  • Move in with a complete move in report
  • All showings needed
  • Credit check
  • Examination report
  • Tenant file
  • Compiling the rental contract

Establishment and administration of a deposit account at Nordea, or the rental insurance from Norwegian Broker, NOK 1000,-


Our management fee is 9 % included mva.

Our management fee covers:

  • Active home service
  • Payments and late fees
  • All communication with tenant
  • Follow up of tenants duties
  • Returning the property
  • Possible claims towards tenant for damages caused
  • Management of the rental contract throughout the whole rental period
  • Evictions
  • Moving out
  • Reporting
  • Damage and wear assessment

50% of our rental properties are owned by property companies. This is a priority segment Leiebolig AS is focused on.

For companies and private persons owning multiple properties, we offer other conditions. Our rent out fee is computed on the basis of the
number of properties, renting period, standard and price in mind. The fee for renting out a villa is one months rent.
