Caretaker Services
Leiebolig offer caretaker services for private parties, home communities and professional lessors. The work is carried out in accordance with the agreed caretaker instructions.
Our services vary from once a week vists to fulltime caretaker services. We also offers emergency help service, substitutes and holiday helpers. Our specialized staff is here for you. Our standardized program will help build awareness of the rules and regulations of each property.
In our management fee (applies only for apartment complexes) we have included the standard service pack based on agreed services for each property.
The standard service pack includes:
- Light check
- Common area check
- Door, lock and window check
- Signs and marking of common facilities
- Common area cleaning check
- Examination of the property once a week
- Offer special services
