With Active Home Service our caretakers will assist you as soon as we receive a complaint that require tending to. If the matters can't be resolved over the phone, our caretakers will assist you personally. The complaints will be answered the same day.
Outside our regular opening hours: mon-fri 0800 am – 0500 pm, our emergency phone line will assist you. This line is open 365 days a year, mon fri 0500 pm – 0900 pm as well as saturday and sundays 1200 pm – 0400 pm.

Active Home Service is included in our management fee, and includes transportation to the property, assessing and reporting to owner.
Complaints from tenant or owner
The complaint is stored in our event log. We register the type of complaint, suggested measures and current status. The service includes an investigation and an asessment of the property. Other occurencies will be billed according to the contract.
