In order for us to offer good services to you, we have devoted consultants specializing in renting out housing. We have established effective routines in order to best help you with the following services:
- Project registration
Leiebolig collect all the necessary documentation and permissions needed. The project and the housing is registered in our systems, and will undergo extensive testing to ensure the overall quality of the service. - Examination
To provide you and our marketing department with the most accurate information, every rental project will be thoroughly examined by our specialized personnel. - Photos
During the examination we take photos. The photos are optimized, to ensure the best possible marketing. The photos will also provide information on the standard of the property, before the tenant moved in. - Advertising
We aim to provide good advertisements with an accurate description of the property and its nearby surroundings. The advertisements, will be sent over to the owner for approval, as well as for confirmation of possible dates for showings. - Marketing – We use multiple channels in order to effectively rent out the projects

• Web banner on www.finn.no
• We send out adverts to persons registered on our active housing list.
• We send out adverts to companies and embassies interested in recieving information about new housing.
• We send out adverts to relocation companies interested in recieving information about new housing.
• We hand out flyers in pre selected areas of Oslo.
• We systematically go through and reply to adverts from people interested in renting housing on finn.no - Housing prospectus
We design a 6 page prospectus, with detailed information of the property, including photos and description of the nearby surroundings. - Showings
We conduct private showings, open showings, registration of potential lessors, as well as working systematically towards finding the best potential tenants. - Potential tenant inspection
Credit check, reference check from employer as well as reference check from prior lessors, before acceptance of tenant from owner. - Signing a rental contract
Quality rental contract, copy of identification cards, set a move in date, going through housing regulations and recieving the tenant guide book. - Tenant guide book
In order to inform the tenants of their rights and duties, we have developed a tenant guide book to make the process as smooth as possible. - Rental contract protecting the owners interests
A quality rental contract ensuring that all the rights and duties of all involved parties are beiing protected. All important areas are specified, which provides you with predictability throughout the rental period. - Examination report
• The property’s functionality and surface condition. This includes floors, ceilings, walls as well as a description of the kitchen and bathrooms.
• A list of everything included in the rent. A list of what is allowed to do.
• Information about caretaker services and the chairman of the board.
• Routines for ordering mailbox signs and door bell. - Take over- and move out protocol
• Thorough check of doors, windows, technical functionality, lighting, heating and water.
• Inspection of all surfaces.
• Check electricity devices.
• Inform about housing regulations.
• Walkthrough of the property’s joint services.
• Take over protocol signed by tenant and a Leiebolig representative.
